1. About realgood
realgood provides compliance administration services for private landlords in England. realgood is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing provided through this platform constitutes legal advice.
2. Services
Services are described accurately on the platform. Landlords remain legally responsible for their own compliance at all times. realgood helps you organise, document, and complete your regulatory obligations — it does not replace professional legal advice.
3. Payment
Payment is taken upfront before any service module is accessed. Payments are non-refundable once document generation has begun. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Solicitor referrals
Solicitor referrals provided through realgood are introductions only. realgood takes no responsibility for the advice given by referred solicitors or barristers. No payment for referrals flows through the platform.
5. Limitation of liability
realgood provides tools and templates to support compliance. We do not guarantee that use of our services ensures full legal compliance. You should seek independent legal advice where appropriate.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may raise a complaint by emailing complaints@realgood.co.uk.
