This website and early access
realgood is a trading name of Real Good Compliance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17379321. Registered office: 45 Whitehawk Crescent, Brighton, BN2 5FD. We use the details you choose to send through the demo and early-access forms to respond to your request. Customer accounts and payments are not open on this showcase.
What you share
The forms ask for your name, email, whether you are a landlord or agency, and optional organisation and request details. Please leave out identity documents and private tenant information. Joining early access registers interest; it does not create an account or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
How we use your details
We use your contact permission to respond about the demo or early access you requested. You can withdraw that permission at any time. We also process limited technical request information to operate the site and prevent misuse.
Who provides the website services
Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers form enquiries to the realgood operations mailbox. If you choose a Google Calendar appointment, Google processes the booking details under its own terms and privacy notice. Customer voice, document storage and payment services are not available on this showcase.
How long we keep enquiries
We review unconverted enquiries for deletion after six months. If a request becomes a support or business relationship, the relevant retention policy applies. We may keep necessary records where law requires it; any exception is documented.
Your choices and rights
Contact hello@getrealgood.co.uk to withdraw contact permission or ask to access, correct or delete your details. The realgood operations team handles these requests. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
