1. Who we are
realgood is a compliance administration service for private landlords in England. We are the data controller for landlord personal data and the data processor for tenant personal data processed on the landlord's behalf.
2. What data we collect
We collect: full name, email address, phone number, property address, tenant names and email addresses, and payment data processed via Stripe. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Why we collect it
We collect personal data to provide compliance administration services — including document generation, proof of service records, and compliance audit reports.
4. How we store it
Your data is stored securely on UK or EU-based servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
5. Retention
Financial records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK tax obligations. Personal data is deleted upon account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Tenant data
Tenant data (name, email address, property address) is stored solely to deliver the Information Sheet service. Tenant data is never used for marketing or profiling. Tenant data is deleted within 90 days of service completion unless the landlord requests earlier deletion.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
