PROPERTY SERVICES
How introductions work
Start with a conversation about the area, property and service needed. We confirm whether we can help before agreeing any work or fee.
Information before introductions
We discuss the landlord’s needs and authority to act, then check the fit against an agency’s services and current capacity. Contact confirmation is not proof of ownership. We do not certify a property or guarantee that an agency will be instructed.
Preparation is optional
A landlord can provide a suitable brief or buy separately scoped preparation support. Both routes use the same qualification criteria. Preparation produces an organised brief and a missing-information checklist, even if no introduction follows.
The agency pays for the introduction
The agency sees a limited fit summary and agrees realgood’s private fee and delivery terms before accepting. We explain the commercial relationship to the landlord. Payment does not buy preferential ranking, landlord exclusivity or permission to inspect private records.
You choose what is shared
The landlord reviews the named agency and the exact information to release. Exact addresses, UPRNs and files require approval for the specific task. You can withdraw approval before delivery by contacting us; a new recipient or changed information requires a fresh approval.
Agree the scope in writing
Before a purchase, the payer receives the price, deliverable, timing, cancellation terms and remedy process. Introductions depend on fit and availability. An enquiry alone creates no purchase, account or marketing subscription.
Our role
realgood is a real estate technology company. We are not a letting agent or law firm. We do not negotiate tenancies, manage properties, hold rent or deposits, or provide legal advice. The landlord and agency agree their own services directly.
