A limited summary helps you decide whether the request suits your services. Qualification means contact confirmation, declared authority and an agreed factual brief; it does not mean verified ownership or a guaranteed instruction.

Agree before accepting

We provide the private fee, qualification criteria and invalid or duplicate introduction remedies in writing. An agency pays for an accepted, authorised introduction. No subscription or minimum purchase is required by our opening proposal.

Coverage is confirmed individually. An enquiry creates no account, purchase or introduction, and does not add you to a mailing list. We do not promise a match or an instruction.

Landlords can provide their own suitable brief. Optional paid preparation uses the same qualification criteria. An agency may pay realgood for an introduction; this does not buy ranking or access to unapproved information.
